Your Wellness Purpose

Last week we talked about your wellness goal.  So, today let’s talk about your wellness purpose!  Are you wondering why?  Well, identifying your purpose for wellness and having a deep connection to it will help you manifest more wellness in your life.

Can I ask you a question?

What would your life look like if it was filled with more wellness? How does that feel to you?

Here’s some questions to help you identify your wellness purpose:

  • Why do you want more wellness in your life?
  • How would your life change if you brought more wellness into it?

If identifying your wellness purpose causes you stress, here’s a simple 17-second meditation you can do anywhere to calm your mind. Inhale and exhale 3 times through your nostrils. Just focus on your breath as you do this meditation.
