Relaxing Breath

Relaxing breath is a simple deep breathing exercise you can do anywhere, anytime.  Are you ready to feel good?

Step 1 – Put your hands on your lap with palms facing up (right hand is on your right leg and left hand is on your left leg);

Step 2 – Close your eyes;

Step 3 – Inhale through your nostrils counting to 5 silently;

Step 4 – Hold that breath counting to 5 silently;

Step 5 – Exhale through your mouth counting to 5 silently.

Repeat at least two more times for a total of 3 deep breaths.  Enjoy!
