This year I’ve discovered the joy of lavender essential oil! I remember the first time I used it. You know why? Because I didn’t think I liked it. I was at an event in Chicago and put too much of it on at one time. I had such a reaction that I ran to the ladies room to wash it off. I quickly discovered that lavender essential oil helped me relax naturally at night whenever I used it. I just love putting a little lavender oil on the bottom of my feet while sitting in bed at night with my lavender candle burning nearby. It’s fun, easy, and relaxing!
