This week I was thinking how important it is to refresh our spirit every day. I don’t know about you but I deal with stress every day. I imagine you do too!
I used to wish for a stress-free life and then I came to the realization that stress is simply a part of life. I’ve found that life is inherently filled with things that can cause stress depending on how you respond (ie working, managing your home, running a biz, helping your kids with their homework, communicating in relationships, etc.) to the situation, event or circumstance. What do you think?
In my journey to manage stress I’ve come to the conclusion that the examination of stress alone is not enough. We must go deeper and exam the meaning we give to things that happen in our lives. Have you noticed that how you perceive something makes all the difference? The attachment of a good, bad or neutral meaning can change your world.
