Real Life Success Secrets: What do you want?

by pamelawright on December 23, 2011

Last night I watched Memoirs of a Geisha.  I read the book a long time ago and really enjoyed it!  I saw the movie years ago and liked it.  But, I dare say I enjoyed the movie more the second time around!
I won’t give away the story plot here but I’ll share a little.  It basically tells the story of a young girl who is sold off by her poor family after her mother dies.  This little girl eventually gets a vision of what it would be like to be a geisha and decides she is going to become one.  Long story short… she accomplishes her goal!
I’m excited about 2012!  What about you?  I believe it will be an amazing year!  In fact, it will be what one of my friends calls monumental!!
This year I launched my natural health & wellness blog for women!  In 2012, I’m excited to offer tons of valuable info and solutions to make women’s lives easier.  I’m also excited to share essential oils and weight management products that bring wellness!
In addition to this particular biz goal, I have other goals (personal & biz) that I see accomplishing in 2012.  What about you?  What do you see happening in your life in 2012?  What do you want?
At Anne McKevitt’s Business Evolution Strategy Summit this year, she taught us to think big and map out a plan to accomplish our big vision.  Anne thinks big and takes action in alignment with her big vision.  She doesn’t wait for things to be given to her, she goes out and gets them.  One thing I learned from her this year is that you have to take total responsibility for creating your big vision.  You have to see it, map out how to accomplish it, and then take steps to make it happen.  It’s really that simple.  Maybe part of the reason Anne is a billionaire is because she doesn’t complicate what needs to happen.  Rather, she keeps it simple and goes out and makes things happen.  Hmmm.  What do you think?
I’m really looking forward to 2012!  It’s going to be an amazing year filled with so many good things!!
