Hi Future Bootcamper,

My name is Pamela Wright.  I’m a Los Angeles mom, lawyer, former U.S. Army Sergeant and wellness trainer.  After I had my two boys in my thirties, I had a hard time dropping the extra weight from my body (I didn’t experience this though when I had my daughter in my twenties) .  This led me to  develop a 7-step weight management system which helped me drop over 29 lbs and fit into my skinny jeans again!  I was over 40 and overweight when I lost weight so I know anybody can do  it.  This 7-step weight management system has also helped other women lose weight and will help you too!

The Healthy Body for You Bootcamp is a 4-week online weight management program for women.  It’s spiritually based and built upon a 7-step weight management system.  In this program, you’ll learn how to change your eating so you lose weight easily and feel great!  I’ll be sharing this 7-step weight management system that has changed women’s lives with you at bootcamp!

In this program, we’ll cover the following 7 steps:

  • Calorie Counting – Get calorie counting strategies that will help you lose weight naturally.
  • Food Combining – Get food combining strategies that will help you lose weight naturally.
  • Prayer – Learn how prayer will help you overcome your struggle with sweets, comfort food and/or emotional eating.
  • Journaling – Discover how journaling will help you express your feelings and  manage your weight more effectively.
  • Walking – Explore the joy of walking.  You can always substitute another form of  exercise that you like for walking.
  • Reading for Inspiration - Find inspiration every day from a Bible scripture, quote or saying.
  • Pursuing a Healthy Passion – Identify and pursue the healthy things you love to do.

 The Schedule

The Healthy Body for You Bootcamp starts in February 2012.  We’ll meet on Saturday mornings from 7:30-8:30 am PST for 4 weeks.  Here’s the dates:  

  • February 18
  • February 25
  • March 3
  • March 10

All you need to attend this bootcamp is a phone line or internet connection.  Each call will be recorded so you can listen to it later anytime you want (up to 7 days after the recording) if you miss the call for any reason.  Since this bootcamp is online you can listen to it from anywhere.  Our goal is to make losing weight easy for you!
