Fruit is a Great Snack

It’s summer and the days are gorgeous here in sunny California!  This weekend I asked my Friends on Facebook what their favorite fruit was. 

Here’s the top 7 fruits that made the list (in alphabetical order):

  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Honeydew
  • Nectarines
  • Oranges
  • Strawberries
  • Watermelon

Fruit is a great source of energy!  It’s a great healthy snack choice every day.  I really love apples so you’ll likely find me eating one practically every day.  As a snack, it fills me up and keeps the energy flowing til the next meal!
