Evening Stretch

How do you like to unwind in the evening? Do you like to stretch? I have found stretching to be a wonderful way for me to start winding down & relaxing in the evening.

After working all day, I find stress tends to accumulate in my muscles. Stretching is one of the few things that helps me release stress from my muscles. Tonight, I’m going to take 5-10 minutes to stretch. I like stretching from a standing position and from sitting on the floor. How do you like to stretch?

One of the essential oils I like to use during my evening stretch is Frankincense. It calms my nerves and helps me relax more quickly while stretching. What about you? Do you have a favorite essential oil you like to wear while you’re stretching?

It’s almost 8:15 pm PST in Los Angeles, so my goal is to stretch by 8:30 pm PST. Sometimes, I have to set goals like this one, otherwise, I’ll get busy doing something else on my to do list. It’s a beautiful night for an evening stretch so I’m going to make it happen. After I stretch, I always feel better
