Hi there,

I feel much more relaxed since I started using essential oils!  And I also sleep much better at night now.  They are truly nature’s living energy and have changed my life.  I am so grateful for these oils!

In 2011 I found myself looking for natural ways to relax and refresh.  I’m a busy lawyer, mom of 3, and wife.  Need I say more?  Well, on any given day you’ll find me juggling and balancing many things.  As a result, I start feeling stress during the day.  My everyday life definitely set me on a path to natural health & wellness.

Thank goodness I discovered essential oils!  I use them practically every day now to relax.  They help me calm down naturally when I start feeling anxious or stressed.  They also refresh my spirit!

In the early evening around sunset I like putting on some frankincense oil before taking a few minutes to stretch.  I also like using peace & calming oil to help me relax during the day.  When I’m in bed at night, I like massaging a few drops of lavender oil on the bottom of my feet.  It relaxes me so I get a good night’s sleep.   And that helps me wake up feeling refreshed!
