Hi there,

I feel so much more relaxed since I started using essential oils!  And I sleep so much better at night.  They are truly nature’s living energy and have changed my life.  I am so grateful for them!

This year I found myself looking for natural ways to relax and de-stress.  I’m a busy mom with 3 kids and a husband.  On any given day, you’ll find me juggling and balancing many things.  As a result, I start feeling stress and tension during the day.  This everyday life of mine set me on a quest for wellness. 

Thank goodness I discovered essential oils!  I use them practically every day now to relax, destress and refresh.  They help me calm down naturally when I start feeling anxious or stressed.  They also refresh my spirit. 

In the early evening around sunset I love using frankincense oil.  I’ll put it on and take a few minutes to stretch.   I also use a blend called peace & calming oil to help me relax during the day.  When I’m in bed at night, I like massaging some lavender oil on the bottom of my feet.  It relaxes, soothes and calms my spirit so I get a good night’s sleep.  I wake up feeling so refreshed!
