I wanna share with you a relaxing, calming breath that will enrich your life!  It’s called 3 Deep Breaths.  You can do it anywhere, 24/7 and experience the benefits.  I’ve used this breath at various times of day to relax and calm down.  It’s soothing to your central nervous system and will support your wellness.  Here’s some of the benefits:

           *Peace & Calm
           *Good Sleep

Okay… are you ready to get started?  3 Deep Breaths is simple.  It consists of the following 3 steps:

      Step 1 – Inhale through your nose counting to 10 silently
      Step 2 – Hold… counting to 10 silently
      Step 3 –  Exhale through your mouth counting to 10 silently

Now, try it.  Close your eyes if you want or leave them open… it’s up to you.
