3 Deep Breaths

3 Deep Breaths is a calming & relaxing exercise!  You can do it at home, in your office, or on-the-go.  It’s easy and can be done in 30-seconds or less.

Step 1 – Put your hands on your lap palms facing up

Step 2 –  Close your eyes

Step 3 – Inhale through your nose

Step 4 – Hold for a moment

Step 5 – Exhale through your mouth

Taking 3 deep breaths will bring you calm & relaxation!
