Walking Feels Good!

by pamelawright on April 22, 2012

Good morning! How are you? Hope all is well! : )

Today, I’m going for a morning walk through Garfield Park! I just love that place. It’s filled with beautiful trees and fragrant roses. I walk there practically every day.

Walking is a wonderful way to get daily exercise and it’s good for you. Additionally, it feels good after you’re done. No matter how tired I am when I start, I always feel better by the end of my walk. What about you?

Where’s your favorite place to walk?

Wow! Can you believe the first quarter of the year is wrapping up this weekend? How did things go for you in the first quarter? Did you stay on track and achieve the goals you wanted to accomplish in the first quarter?

As you get ready for the second quarter, here’s a question to think about this weekend. “What goals do you wanna accomplish in the second quarter?” Whether you have one or twenty-one, write it down in your journal. Then, on a big sheet of white paper, map out what you need to do to accomplish this goal. Be Faithful, Take Action, Persevere & Good Luck!
